Each Tripanza trip includes stay, transport (AC/non-AC), meals as per itinerary, guide, planned activities, and applicable taxes. Exclusions such as flights or personal expenses are always mentioned clearly on each tour page.

Our trips are designed for 18–30-year-olds who want a social, balanced, and safe group experience. We curate the crowd to ensure positive vibes and meaningful connections.

You can confirm your booking by paying a small deposit through UPI, card, or bank transfer. Once payment is done, you’ll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with trip details.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are mostly refundable. Within 15 days, refunds depend on bookings already made. Full details are available on our Cancellation Policy page.

Your safety is our top priority. Each trip has an experienced trip leader, verified accommodations, and a first-aid kit. We also have local emergency contacts and support available 24/7.

Of course! 60% of our travelers come solo — we’ll pair you with others of similar age and vibe. By the end of the trip, you’ll leave with a bunch of new friends!

We choose clean, comfortable stays — boutique hotels, hostels, or camps depending on destination. Rooms are usually twin/triple sharing. You can request a private room at an extra cost if available.

We send a “What to Pack” list once you book. For hills — warm layers & shoes; for beaches — light clothes & swimwear. Always carry a small backpack, power bank, ID, and reusable bottle.

Our team shares exact pickup location & timing 3 days before departure. Major trips include departure from Delhi, Mumbai, or Pune. For others, we assist with transportation options.
