This website provides general information about destinations, itineraries and travel services. Website content is not legal, medical, immigration, financial, safety or professional advice.

Travel information can change

We take reasonable care to keep website information useful and current, but travel conditions, schedules, routes, accommodation, entry rules, weather, prices and availability can change quickly. Images may be illustrative and experiences can vary by season, local conditions and supplier availability.

A booking is based on the details confirmed to you in writing, not on outdated cached pages, third-party search results or informal statements. Please ask us to verify any detail that is important to your decision before payment.

Tripanza and third-party providers

Tripanza may organise or coordinate parts of a trip and may also arrange services supplied by independent hotels, transport operators, airlines, guides, activity providers, payment providers and other vendors. We do not own or directly control every third-party service.

Supplier schedules, operational rules and terms may apply. We use reasonable care when selecting and coordinating suppliers but cannot guarantee that every independent provider will operate without delay, change or disruption.

Informed participation matters

Travel may involve road journeys, altitude, remote areas, weather exposure, uneven terrain, unfamiliar food, limited medical facilities, physical activities and other inherent risks. Conditions can change without notice and not every risk can be eliminated.

• Assess whether the itinerary is suitable for your health, fitness, mobility and experience.
• Follow reasonable instructions from trip leaders, authorities and service providers.
• Obtain suitable travel insurance covering medical care, evacuation, cancellation and personal belongings.
• Seek qualified medical advice regarding vaccinations, medication, altitude and individual health concerns.

Passports, visas and permissions

Travellers are responsible for valid identification, passports, visas, permits, vaccination records and other documents required for their itinerary. Entry and permit requirements are determined by governments and authorities and may change.

Tripanza may provide general guidance but does not guarantee that an application will be approved or that a traveller will be admitted by an authority. Loss caused by incomplete, invalid or incorrect documentation remains the traveller’s responsibility except where directly caused by Tripanza’s proven failure to perform an agreed service.

Availability is confirmed at booking

Website prices and availability may change until a booking is confirmed. Taxes, permits, fuel adjustments, currency movements or supplier changes may affect pricing where permitted and disclosed. An obvious technical or typographical pricing error does not create an automatic right to book at that incorrect price.

Promotions are subject to their advertised validity period, availability, eligibility and offer-specific terms. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Websites we do not operate

Links to government pages, maps, payment providers, suppliers, social platforms or other external websites are provided for convenience. Tripanza does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and a link does not necessarily mean endorsement.

Review the external provider’s terms and privacy information before submitting personal information, making payment or relying on its content.

Individual experiences vary

Traveller reviews, testimonials, photographs and social-media content reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that every participant will have the same result. Photographs may be cropped or edited for presentation but should not be treated as a precise promise of weather, group composition, room, vehicle or destination conditions.

Technical interruptions

We aim to keep the website accessible and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting faults, network disruption, cyber incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect access. Contact us directly if a technical issue prevents you from completing or confirming a transaction.

Limits that remain subject to law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripanza is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by a traveller’s act or omission, or events and independent third-party actions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, breach of an express contractual obligation, or any mandatory right or remedy under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

Copyright and trademarks

Tripanza names, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, text, itineraries and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Tripanza unless stated otherwise. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, alter or commercially exploit them without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer prospectively when our website, services or legal obligations change. The revised version applies from the date published. A confirmed booking remains governed by the version of the contractual terms accepted for that booking unless a later change is required by law or agreed with you.

Law and jurisdiction

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights to approach a consumer commission or another competent authority, courts with lawful jurisdiction in New Delhi will have jurisdiction over disputes concerning website use.
