These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Tripanza(Legal Name Akshay Verma), hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we,” and the customer, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer” or “you,” regarding the tour packages in India offered by the Company. By booking a tour with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Reservation:
1.1. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated to you upon booking.
1.2. Full payment for the tour package must be made before the commencement of the tour. Failure to make full payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
2. Cancellation and Refund:
2.1. Cancellation by the Customer:
A. Cancellation request must be made in writing and sent to the Company.
B. Cancellation charges will apply based on the date we receive the written request. These charges may vary depending on the tour package and the time of cancellation.
C. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Company’s refund policy.
2.2. Cancellation by the Company:
A. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings.
B. In the event of a tour cancellation by the Company, customers will be offered a choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
3. Itinerary and Accommodation:
3.1. The Company will provide a detailed itinerary for the tour package. However, the itinerary may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or local conditions.
3.2. Accommodation, transportation, and meals are as described in the tour package. Any modifications or upgrades requested by the Customer may result in additional charges.
4. Travel Documents:
4.1. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport, visas, and permits, before participating in the tour. The Company will provide guidance, but the Customer is responsible for their own travel documentation.
5. Health and Insurance:
5.1. The Customer is responsible for their own health and well-being during the tour. It is strongly recommended that you have appropriate travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
6. Responsibilities:
6.1. The Company will make every effort to provide a safe and enjoyable tour experience. However, the Customer acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks, and the Company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses during the tour.
7. Code of Conduct:
7.1. The Customer is expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the tour. The Company reserves the right to remove any Customer from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others.
8. Photography and Media:
8.1. The Company may capture photographs and videos during the tour for promotional purposes. The Customer agrees to allow the Company to use their likeness in such promotional materials unless otherwise specified in writing.
9. Complaints:
9.1. If the Customer has any concerns or complaints during the tour, they should bring them to the attention of the Company’s tour leader or representative, who will attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
10. Jurisdiction:
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
By booking a tour package with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or require further clarification on any of these terms, please contact the Company before booking.

BOGO (Buy One Get One) Offer on Tour Packages – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer on tour packages offered by Tripanza (“Company”). By participating in this offer, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility:
1.1. This BOGO offer is valid for all customers who book a specific tour package offered by the Company.
1.2. The offer is applicable to new bookings only.
2. Offer Details:
2.1. When you purchase one full-priced tour package, you will receive the second tour package of equal or lesser value at a discounted price. The discount amount may vary depending on the specific offer details.
2.2. The second tour package must be booked for the same participants as the first tour package.
2.3. The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise specified by the Company.
3. Booking Process:
3.1. To avail of the BOGO offer, customers must book both tour packages simultaneously and inform the Company about the offer code or promotion when making the reservation.
4. Validity and Expiration:

5. Cancellations and Refunds:
5.1. In the event of a cancellation of the first tour package, the second tour package will also be canceled, and any refund will be made according to the Company’s standard cancellation policy.
5.2. If we are unable to provide the discounted/BOGO/Second Tour Package, a refund of only the discounted/BOGO/Second Tour Package will be provided to the Client.
6. Amendments:
6.1. Any changes to the booking, including travel dates or participants, may be subject to additional charges or may render the BOGO offer void at the discretion of the Company.
7. Terms of Payment:
7.1. Full payment for both tour packages is required at the time of booking.
7.2. Payment can be made through the Company’s accepted payment methods.
8. General Terms:
8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the BOGO offer at any time without prior notice.
8.2. The Company may reject any booking or deny the BOGO offer if it suspects fraudulent activity or misuse.
