Your day-by-day experience
Curated for you- The group will assemble at the pick-up point.
- You will meet the team captains and a small tour briefing session will be conducted.
- After which, we’ll head out on an overnight journey to Manali.
- Reach Manali by morning and check in to the Hotel.
- After some leisure, feel free to explore the local area of Manali according to the place that interests you.
- You can visit Mall Road, Hadimba Temple, and Old Manali for some good cafes to chill or Vashist Temple for the Hot water spring.
- Come back to the hotel by evening. Dinner will be served.
- Briefing about the next day and overnight stay.
- Early morning, breakfast will be served. We start our journey to the valley of the Gods - Lahaul & Spiti.
- Crossover to Lahaul by crossing the Engineering Marvel - Atal Tunnel, and watch the terrain shift from lush green valleys to brown arid desserts.
- At 14,931 ft we cross another high altitude pass & the gateway to the Spiti Valley - Kunzum La.
- We continue our drive through the stunning landscape to reach Kaza by evening, dinner & overnight stay in the Hotel.
- Wake up early morning and after having breakfast, head for Spiti valley sightseeing.
- Visit the most scenic monastery of Spiti Valley - The Key Monastery.
- Visit the iconic villages of Spiti - Hikkim (location of the World's Highest Post Office), Komik (the highest village in the world connected through a motorable road) & Langza (the site for the holy Buddha Statue).
- Come back to Kaza by evening. Dinner and sleep overnight.
- After breakfast, we will leave for Chandratal Lake via Chicham Bridge.
- Lets make one last stop to witness another Spitian wonder - Chandra Taal Lake.
- One of Himachal Pradesh's most stunning lakes, Chandratal offers a lovely combination of adventure and unspoiled nature.
- Later check into the Campsite at chandratal, have dinner & overnight stay at the tents under the gaze of a million stars.
- Today, we commence our way back on the Manali - Kaza Road.
- We pass through some more stunning landscapes and reach Manali by afternoon.
- After some leisure at the Cafe, we will depart to Delhi / Chandigarh and reach by next morning with lots of amazing memories to remember for a lifetime.

- Entire travel as per the itinerary.
- 4 Nights accommodation - 1 Night at Manali, 2 Nights in Hotel/Homestay at Kaza, 1 Night in Swiss Tents at Chandratal.
- Chandratal stay will be in Sharing Basis.

Good to know
- Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.
- The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
- The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
- No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
- Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
- The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
- The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
- Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety concerns of fellow passengers.
- No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
- Tripanza shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
- We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
- Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.

- Booking amount must be paid at least 15 days before departure to get a confirmed seat.
- Bookings done after that period may lead to travel without the group (i.e., separate Volvo/bus).
- Booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Departure schedule and other details will be shared 3 days before departure.
This cancellation policy applies to all trips booked via the Tripanza website and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
1. General Cancellation Rules
- Users must cancel their bookings according to the timeline mentioned below to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed as per the Cancellation Fee Structure listed below.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to user misconduct (e.g., violating trip guidelines).
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after approval.

3. Special Circumstances
- In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), users may choose to reschedule their trip (subject to fare differences) or cancel.
- Refunds for such cases will be subject to verification and provided at Tripanza’s discretion.
- If the trip is cancelled after departure from the start location due to unforeseen events, the option to cancel and claim a refund will be solely at the discretion of Tripanza, as expenses related to trip execution would already be underway.
- Traveller safety and compliance with government guidelines will remain the topmost priority for Tripanza and the on-ground team.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days after approval.
