Know Before You Go for Bike Rental In Manali

  • Activity ranges up to 60 km, after that there are additional charges
  • There will be the requirement of a Driving license and Aadhaar card, or voter Id to avail of this service.
  • The Customer must provide all necessary documents and Security deposit INR 1000 on site.
  • The vehicle has to be returned in the same state as during time of renting. Failure to do so will lead to penalty.
  • In case of any damage, theft the customer is liable to compensate the vendor or the operator.
  • Customer agrees that the company has the right to terminate this agreement at any time and retake possession of the said vehicle.
  • The minimum age criteria for renting a vehicle is 18 years old.
  • You need to submit Employee/ Student ID + Govt Identity Proof in original and a photocopy of your driving license.
  • International Customers need to submit a copy of their Passport and International Driving License.
  • Only one pillion is allowed along with the rider, if more than one is found, the customer would be penalised as per the government traffic rules by traffic authorities.

Confirmation Policy

 

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 12 hours of successful booking
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
  • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made 7 days or more before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

This was the best trip I’ve ever had. It was very well organised and planned. The stay, food, travel, guidance about the place were all on point. The leaders were too sweet and friendly. They were very supportive of everything. Took care of the travellers. Also ensured the safety of the students specially girls. They make you feel like family and also treat you like one.
