• Train tickets booking would depend on the availability at the time of the booking.

• For travelling to destinations where our vehicles are not allowed due to heavy rainfall, snowfall, road blocks, traffic or any other unforeseen circumstances, external transport cost would be borne by the travelers.

• We might be booking multiple hotels at few places, if the crowd surpasses the max availability count possible (Hotels would be of same quality and nearby).
• Hotel Booking would be subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Similar category hotels would be arranged otherwise.

• We reserve the right to postpone / cancel / alter the trip due to any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances in the interest of safety for the travellers.

• Delay in itinerary due to train delays, weather, snowfalls, road blocks, or any other unavoidable circumstances is not a responsibility of Tripanza Travels.

• The traveler will have to strictly follow the tour program.
• There shall be no refund, if he or she fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before tour ending.
• It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of his/her to reach the place of commencement of the tour and register with our representative at the appointed place, date and time.

• In case where a traveler is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services. Even if he/she is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his/her booking shall be treated as “no show” on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.

• Train ticket confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Hotel/Campsite allocation is subject to availability. Similar-category accommodations will be provided if required.
• External transportation (4×4 vehicles, local taxis, etc.) required due to snowfall, road closures, or government regulations will be at the traveller's own expense.
• The itinerary may be modified due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
• DAC reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the trip in unavoidable circumstances.

• Travellers must report at the designated boarding point on time.
• Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the TRIP LEADER throughout the journey.
• Any traveller joining late or leaving the trip midway will not be eligible for any refund.
• No refund shall be applicable for unused services or missed activities.
• Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
• Proper conduct is expected from all participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable group experience

• Failure to join the tour on the departure date will be treated as a No Show.
• No refund will be provided for unused services due to illness, personal reasons, missed transportation, loss of documents, or voluntary withdrawal from the trip.
• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company's cancellation policy.
