Day 01: Board your train as per Train Timings

  • Board your train as per the scheduled train timings from Delhi.
    Meet fellow travelers and begin your journey towards Goa.
  • Overnight train journey.
  • Those opting for flight will depart the next day.

Day 02: Reach Goa | Hotel Check-in | North Goa Sightseeing | Nightlife

  • Reach Goa as per train/flight timing.
  • Our  shuttle will pick from Goa Railway Station/Airport and drop at hotel.
  • Check-in at the hotel in North Goa and relax after the long journey.
  • Later we will leave for north goa sightseeing including Aguada Fort / Chapora Fort , Sinquerim Beach.
  • Dinner will be served at the hotel.
  • Later you can explore Goa Nightlife at nearby clubs or beach shacks.

Day 03: Water Sports | Pool Party | After Party

  • Wake up and enjoy a relaxed morning.
  • Have breakfast at the hotel.
  • Water Sports Activities (Since sea activities are usually limited in monsoon, the day is perfect for café hopping and beach exploration).
  • Recommended places: Artjuna Café – Anjuna , Baba Au Rhum – Anjuna ,Thalassa – Vagator (Greek sunset view café)
  • In the afternoon return to the hotel.
  • Enjoy a Pool Party with music.
  • Later you can stroll around Tito’s Lane in Baga or explore nearby nightclubs and lounges.

Day 04: Dudhsagar Waterfall Exploration(Self Explore) | Nightlife

  • Wake up early and have breakfast.
  • Today is the highlight of the Monsoon Goa Trip.
  • visit the magnificent Dudhsagar Waterfall, which looks most spectacular during the monsoon season.
  • Experience: Jeep Safari ride through the forest , Trekking to the waterfall , Natural pools around the falls
  • Capture breathtaking monsoon views.
  • Return to the hotel by evening.

  • Booking amount has to be paid at least 60 days before departure to get the confirmed rail ticket. Booking done after that period may lead to RAC Seat( i.e you have to share the seat with another traveler)
  • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The train schedule and other details will be shared 1 week before departure.
  • After paying the full amount if you cancel the trip before 7 days 50% of the second installment to be refunded.
  • You will have to rent a scooty/car if you want to commute or explore apart from the transport facilities that we will provide (Make sure you have a Learning/Driving license for the same).
  • If you want to exclude travel expense and travel on our own you can avail land package @7999/- and Flight Package can be customized too.
  • The INR: 9999/- Package includes Sleeper Class Train Tickets, you can avail both side 3AC/3E Train Tickets (Rs. 9999/- + 4000 additional).

Goa Youth Trip – Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we’ve made our cancellation policy as fair and transparent as possible — exclusively for the Goa Youth Trip.

Booking in Advance is a Must

Trains in India often get fully booked 90 to 120 days before the trip, especially to Goa. To ensure confirmed travel, we request everyone to book at least 90 days before departure by paying a small advance amount.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancel 20 days or more before departure:
  • Ful l refund of your advance payment (excluding flight ticket charges if already booked).
  • Cancel within 20 days of departure:
    No refund — as we’ll already have paid for your train tickets, hotel stays, and other arrangements.

Example

Suppose the Goa trip starts on September 26.
You cancel on September 06 → Full advance refund (minus flight ticket).
You cancel on September 07 →  No refund.

Final Tip

If you're unsure but interested, book early with a small amount. You’ll secure your seat before trains sell out, and still have the option to cancel up to 20 days before for a refund.
